1. Unidirectional flow type: the rotary joint is installed at both ends of the drum, the fluid enters from one end and discharges from the other end, without inner pipe.
2. Unidirectional flow type: a rotary joint is installed at one end of the drum, at the same time, the fluid is introduced and discharged at this end, and the rotation of the inner pipe relative to the drum is static.
3. Two way flow type (inner tube fixed): different from the previous type, there are different types of siphons in the drum to discharge the condensate. This type is mostly used for steam type.
4. Two way flow type (inner tube rotation): this type is used for the structure that the inner tube is relatively fixed with the roller and runs synchronously with the roller. At this time, the fluid is led in by the inner tube and discharged by the outer tube.
5. Two way flow type (inner tube rotation): a siphon is installed in the inner part of the drum which runs synchronously with the drum to discharge the condensate. This type is mostly used for steam type.

1. During the handling and storage of the rotary joint, it is necessary to avoid collision and falling, so as not to damage the interface and internal parts.
2. Install the machine concentrically as far as possible to ensure the good operation of the rotary joint.
3. When installing the rotary joint with thread connection, attention should be paid to whether the thread direction of the inner and outer pipes corresponds to the rotation direction of the roller, and the thread direction of the inner and outer pipes should also be consistent.
4. The connection between the rotary joint and the pipe must be connected by flexible pipe, and rigid connection is absolutely forbidden.
5. The inlet and outlet of the rotary joint shall be directly connected with the hose as far as possible. In order to reduce the auxiliary weight of the joint and prolong the service life.
6. During the assembly of inner pipe, pay attention to the size matching and weight supporting. The tolerance fit of H8 / E7 is recommended for the inner pipe and joint of internal rotary joint.
7. The support and rotation stop of the rotary joint should be appropriate. Generally, the diameter of the rod should be 2mm smaller than the rotation stop hole, so as not to affect the free adjustment and compensation of the rotary joint.
