Features:
1. This machine adopts C-type overall stress-removing welded solid open structure, which can keep the machine body high-strength and rigid, and also has a convenient operating space.
2. The double guide post adopts high frequency vacuum quenching treatment to achieve the effect of tensile and wear resistance. The guide sleeve is guided by imported high-precision ink bearings, and the down-pressing is smooth and stable. The repeat accuracy can reach 0.02MM, which cannot be achieved by ordinary guide pin guide sleeves.
3. The mechanical safety part of the cylinder adopts dual-axis adjustable mechanical positioning, which can accurately control the lower limit position to ensure the thickness of the pressed product, and the repeatability can reach 0.02MM. The design of the loading and unloading mold is simple, convenient and fast. The operating surface is equipped with an infrared safety device. Synchronous operation with both hands, surge protection device.
4. The control mode of the industrial control part is divided into manual and semi-automatic. The manual mode is convenient for mold installation and correction, and the semi-automatic mode can control the pressure holding time, which is suitable for the pressing time requirements of a variety of products.
5. The hydraulic part is designed with a differential pressure circuit to meet the requirements of low noise and fast action. It can reduce energy consumption when it is in standby, fast-rotating and slow-moving the device to quickly improve work efficiency, and slow, accurate and effective molding of products. The cooling system can keep the oil temperature at room temperature for continuous operation.
