4. How can I ask for compensation if there is a failure of the units?
A. Please take photos and video of the failure parts and send to us in the first time; we will send you free spare parts after confirmation if goods are within warranty period. If not in warranty period,technical support is available for the product life time.

5. Do your company install units after selling?
A. we won't provide installation service, but operation and install manual is available if there is a demand.
